Pubwatch
Libertys Nightclub is a member of the pubwatch community and support the banned from one banned from all premise scheme (B.O.B.B).

ID
Libertys Nightclub is an over 18's venue. We operate using the governments Challenge 25 scheme, which allows us to be extra careful, as our security staff ID everyone who enters and identification may be asked again by the bar staff.

 Under the Influence
As a business our primary concern is the safety of our customers. This is why we run an ‘Under the Influence’ policy. This states that anyone who seems to be overly under the influence of alcohol will not be able to be served.

 Glassware
Libertys Nightclub only use CE approved plastic cups and do not allow drinks outside of the venue.

 Drugs
Libertys Nightclub have a very hard approach to illegal substances. Anyone caught with illegal substances on their persons, using illegal substances or in possession of paraphernalia linked to illegal substances will be immediately detained by door security who will inform the police and issued a lifetime ban.
Libertys is also signed up to random drugs dogs searches, where police can enter and search the premises & customers at any time.

 Search Policy
Our SIA registered security staff are instructed to carry out random searches throughout the night. This is a business policy and not a decision made by the security staff. If you are asked to be searched and do not wish to co-operate then admittance to the premises will not be allowed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

 CCTV
Libertys Nightclub has CCTV cameras that cover as much of the premises. These cameras are situated on all levels and bars inside the premises and the surrounding area outside the premises. Please take into consideration that you are being filmed as soon as you step on the premises.

 Abuse
Abuse to staff and customers will not be tolerated.

 Ban List
As well as the goverment's Behave Or Be Banned scheme we operate our own zero tolerence to troublemakers. Anyone found causing trouble will be banned from the venue for life and added to our already large ban book.
